What is Maximal Aerobic Speed (MAS) and why does it matter?

MAS is the minimum speed at which your body reaches maximum oxygen uptake (VO2 max). It's the sweet spot where aerobic capacity peaks.

Training at and around your MAS is scientifically proven to improve cardiovascular fitness faster than traditional steady-state cardio.
